Since its inception LPS has been an important consulting solution in Business Process Management and Lean Enterprise. Lean Productivity Solutions was formed in 2002 with the idea that there are certain things that organizations do over and over again – Contact Relationship Management, Document Management / Content Management, Communications Management, Issue Management, Supply Chain Management, Task & Activity Management, Audit Management, and Performance Measurement to name a few - and that if these components are structured and organized by technology around not just centralized data but dynamic centralized processes (that is processes that are capable of receiving information, providing information, and correctly executing tasks in real time) enterprises would be able to gain considerable velocity, mitigate costly errors, virtually eliminate redundancy, and vastly increase competitiveness.
